Who We Are….

Michigan Providers’ Alliance inc. (MPA) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization comprised of dedicated professionals, who are consistently volunteering their time and expertise to provide education to providers, parents and all organizations working to promote universal standards of quality child care.

Who We Serve….

MPA serves Michigan’s child care providers and other professionals interested in promoting quality environments for Michigan’s children.

What We Do….

In cooperation with other childcare and early childhood educational organizations, sponsor annual statewide and regional conferences and trainings for the family childcare provider.  Trainings include child development, child management, curriculum and business practices.  They also provide opportunities for networking with others who work with young children and allows for professional development and growth.

Board Members….

President Cassie Dulock is a family provider in Westland and operates Cassie’s Home Daycare.  Cassie is also the founder and president of the Westland Childcare Providers Association which networks with over 25 providers. Cassie is currently working on her Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials

Secretary/Treasurer/ Web Site Coordinator  Tama Beeson has been serving the children Gratiot County  since 1985. She is the owner of Kids’ Land DayCare in St. Louis and her program  received the Governor’s Quality Care Award in 2002.  Tama received her  Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials and is currently attending Mid-Michigan Community College pursuing her Early Childhood Education Degree.  She along with Candy Womble have been volunteering numerous hours over the past year on the committee that is re-writing the family/group childcare home licensing rules.
